Two cohorts of self-employed workers and micro-entrepreneurs begin in April
In less than 15 days of the campaign, Iceberg Management brought together more than 20 participants in its first two groups of Cohort T for Transformation. These cohorts will start in the weeks of April 5th and 12th, 2021, respectively. As a reminder, participants will have the opportunity to experience a unique transformational journey of coaching and co-development specially designed for self-employed workers and micro-entrepreneurs in the Montérégie region.
The territories of Vallée-du-Richelieu, Rouville and Marguerite d’Youville were specifically targeted by this project, which was carried out with the financial participation of the Government of Quebec, via the Services Quebec office in Beloeil. While participants are currently placed on a wait list, Iceberg Management is evaluating the ability to lead additional cohorts simultaneously. Other interested participants in Montérégie operate their professional activity in cities outside the target territory. However, discussions are underway to offer Cohorte T for Transformation in other neighboring municipalities, including Brossard and St-Bruno-de-Montarville.
The health of workers and entrepreneurs is at the heart of our concerns. It is imperative to learn to put on your own oxygen mask first and take care of the entrepreneur behind your business. Whether you have suffered an overload of work resulting from strong growth or a reorganization following the effects of the pandemic, Cohort T for Transformation allows you to gain height and obtain a new perspective on issues and possible solutions. The course aims to reduce stress and overwork, by adopting new, healthy management habits. Entrepreneurs need rejuvenation to maintain their strategic alignment, their focus, and to remain consistent with their deepest aspirations.

Each cohort welcomes 10 committed participants living the same reality. The maximum number of cohorts to start will depend on supply and demand. A wait list is currently in effect. The value of this course is $2,280, but there is no charge.
