As managers, we are often ill-equipped to carry out internal projects successfully and drive them forward based on proven management principles. I especially appreciated applying the theory to our internal collaboration problems and defining our priorities for 2023. In 8 hours, we did what we’d been trying to do for several months: agree on a modus operandi for collaboration between members (the RACI). With the tools we acquired, each manager or team can now work with clear guidelines and, most importantly, a common pact on how to move forward together.
