A support program for self-employed workers and micro-entrepreneurs
Starting on April 5th, 2021, our firm will offer a unique coaching and co-development path specially designed for self-employed workers and micro-entrepreneurs in the Montérégie region : Cohort T for Transformation! The territories of the Vallée-du-Richelieu, Rouville and Marguerite d´Youville are specifically targeted by this project, valued at 2,280$, carried out with the financial participation of the Government of Quebec.
A province-wide plan
Support for self-employed workers and micro-entrepreneurs employing 5 resources or less is at the heart of ministerial concerns. The Quebec government is taking action by rallying several key players in skills development, including Iceberg Management, to support the efforts and health of workers. Whether you have suffered an overload of work resulting from significant growth or a reorganization due to the effects of the pandemic, Cohort T for Transformation will allow you to gain height and obtain a new perspective on the issues and possible solutions.

“Cohort T for Transformation participants will receive individual and collective support. With the help of a professional coach, participants will learn to value actions that generate energy and motivation. They will regain their state of well-being and efficiency by adopting new behaviors that promote healthy lifestyles. They will have more resources at their disposal, and they will make better decisions, faster,” says Médina Cayer, MBA, Adm.A., C.M.C, CRHA, ACC, Co-Founder, Partner, Certified Professional Coach and Certified Management Consultant.
“With the help of a management consultant, participants will obtain concrete tools and models to apply to their professional activities. Sharing the good news
Each cohort will welcome 10 committed participants living the same reality. The start of the first two cohorts is scheduled for the week of April 5th, 2021 and the maximum number of registrations is limited to 20. The kickoff webinar is scheduled on March 31st, 2021 at 11:30 am. Each participant will need to devote 1 to 2 hours of their time to their professional development for 13 weeks. The program has a value of 2,280$ but it is fully subsidized by the Government of Quebec. No cash advance required!
